Poulsbo Historical Society
Bringing the Past to Life
Our mission is collecting, recording, preserving and exhibiting the history, heritage and culture of Poulsbo and the surrounding communities. We offer four museums (the Heritage Museum and Maritime Museum on Front Street, the Archive and Resource Center at City Hall, and Martinson Cabin on Lindvig Way) as well as historical walking tours of downtown Poulsbo. All four museums are free of charge.
Get Involved
We have so many meaningful ways for you to get involved—whether you choose to volunteer, donate to keep our lights shining brightly, or become a member to experience and enjoy all the wonderful perks of the Poulsbo Historical Society.
Shop for a Cause!
We are excited to introduce our new fundraiser to support upcoming events, like our reimagined Liberty Bay Festival. We’ve worked together with photographer Karen Shields, and created our own designs! Our collection includes sweaters, kids cloths, drinkware, and even wrapping paper. Shop for a cause this season and help the Poulsbo Historical Society.
**All items are available exclusively online and are not found in any retail stores.**
