Parking Info

We have several convenient parking options available for Liberty Bay Festival visitors:

  • Bremerton Parking + Pop‑Up Ferry — Park in Bremerton and ride the Carlisle II Pop‑Up Ferry to Poulsbo on Saturday, May 30. A fun, scenic way to arrive. Donation-based.
  • Off‑Site Parking + Shuttle — Park at Poulsbo Village or Gateway Park & Ride and take the shuttle to Jensen & Front Street. Shuttles run every 30 minutes and are donation‑based.
  • Downtown Parking — there is parking downtown; please be mindful of posted time limits and enforcement. For timed lots, look for the Event Day Parking signs. Scan the QR code to pay for all‑day parking instead of the standard time‑limited stay.

Poulsbo Village, Gateway Park & Ride and the corner of Jensen & Front. Every 30 Minutes. Donation-based.

Carlisle II Pop-Up Ferry: Bremerton to Poulsbo

The M/V Carlisle II will operate between the Kitsap Transit dock in Bremerton and the Port of Poulsbo dock in Liberty Bay, providing scheduled passenger service as a single‑day (May 30th) pop‑up ferry in support of the Liberty Bay Festival.
